Hey Everyone! My name is Kristina Thompson. I'm so glad you stumbled across my page. This is where I'm sharing all of my yoga content and insights. I started practicing for PTSD back in 2016, and it has seriously changed my life for the better. I love what this practice has given me, and I want to share it with as many people as possible! Aside from yoga, I love to travel, go on adventures with my two daughters, try new foods, hobbies, etc.
